Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Lean Manager (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich. Your scope will include project management, business case creation and evaluation, as well as coordination/interface management with central functions in view of the Single Aisle Ramp-Up, with a particular focus on process improvements. Your Responsibilities: Supporting the Senior Project Manager in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives Leading eradication initiatives together with shopfloor and engineering teams Establishing efficient project management processes and methods across initiatives to enable strong project execution and ensure target-oriented performance, including functional KPI management Developing a robust end-to-end planning framework for the project portfolio and tracking progress in alignment with stakeholders Implementing risk & opportunities management to anticipate project-related issues and risks Maintaining an overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives, including status, costs, actions, priorities, and due dates Prioritizing projects that support the Single Aisle Ramp-Up strategy and lead-time improvements Supporting meaningful and transparent reporting Your Qualifications: Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management, process improvement, and contract management Experience in the Airbus environment is an advantage Good knowledge of change management, lean management, and risk management Strong expertise in project management Experience with agile methodologies is desirable Experience with Skywise is an asset Business-fluent German and English skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and maintain business relationships Ability to integrate into a team, work collaboratively to solve tasks, reach compromises, and accept support from others Independent, structured, and results‑oriented working style enabling fast and effective achievement of objectives Wir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung
