Job Description: Processing GeT online purchase order for non COS related transaction Accounts Payable process include preparing Payment to Cash vendor for the branch Monitor collection of Cash transaction (Accounts Receivable) for the branch Organize employee events for the branch Contacting vendor for office maintenance Coordinate with IT related to staff workstation Manage stationeries stock include copy of Bill of Lading, papers and pen Any other tasks as assigned by Branch Manager Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field Minimum 3 years working experience Good communication skills Good adaptability skills Good team player Beginner Microsoft Excel skills
