Develop a detailed rollout plan at local level including all activities required for successful rollout implementation and in line with overall S4E rollout project planPlan and monitor project budget at Rollout level, providing financial reports, together with Business Oversee the rollout of specific End-to-End processes and manage end-to-end localization requirements implementation, together with Business Cluster ManagerPlan project phases, including specific work packages, and coordinate the project plan with Team Leads, Business Core Team Members, Template SPOCs, SAP Template Organization, and all related stakeholdersCover all usual project management disciplines, including managing the project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget, cost, testing, and cutoverEnsure the alignment of the IT infrastructure setup and manage design approvals in compliance with our S/4 HANA guidelinesContract and coordinate with external partners and consultants to support project activitiesEnsure adherence to PM@Siemens Energy IT project methodology ( including fulfilling Quality Gate requirements and repotting the project status and progress at regular intervalsPrepare and moderate Steering Committee meetings, ensuring all decisions are documented and actionableTrack project progress against milestones and deliverables and provide regular update reports to Rollout Management and stakeholders organization, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goalsLead and coordinate the rollout teams to enable a smooth and successful transition to the new S4E template Experienced IT Project ManagerStrong background in SAP S/4, SAP Rollout managementPM with experience in SAP ProjectsWorking on Agile project with user stories and JiraHas worked in global organizations with cross functional teams looking to harmonize processesSeveral full-cycle projects as IT Project ManagerBackground in complex projects (with complex governance structure as well as many stakeholders with different targets)Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
