DEINE AUFGABEN Koordination der Tätigkeiten der Subunternehmer sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den BOP Manager und weitere Projektbeteiligte Verfolgung des Projektzeitplans, Anpassung bei Bedarf und Maßnahmen zur termingerechten Fertigstellung Anwendung von Sicherheitsvorgaben und Bauvorschriften durch regelmäßige Begehungen und Erkennung potenzieller Risiken oder Verstöße Durchführung aller Bauaktivitäten gemäß genehmigten Plänen, technischen Spezifikationen, Genehmigungen und geltenden Standards Umsetzung des Quality Control Plans (QCP), einschließlich Prüfung abgeschlossener Arbeitseinheiten und erforderlicher Tests gemäß Qualitäts- und Designanforderungen Bewertung von Bauabläufen und Ressourcen im Hinblick auf technische Anforderungen sowie nationale und internationale Normen Prüfung des Montageprozesses der Fundamente und fachliche Begleitung während der Bauphasen unter Anwendung definierter Qualitätsprozesse und Kontrollpunkte Bearbeitung von Problemen während der Bauausführung, Prüfung der Ressourcen der Subunternehmer zur Behebung von Abweichungen und Bewertung von Korrekturmaßnahmen im Einklang mit dem QCP und den Vorschriften Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und der umgesetzten Qualitätsmaßnahmen Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Subunternehmern und weiteren Beteiligten zur Abstimmung der Projekterwartungen DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet; gleichwertige Berufserfahrung wird ebenfalls berücksichtigt Berufserfahrung im Hoch- oder Tiefbau, idealerweise in Windenergieprojekten und in leitenden Funktionen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherungsprozessen sowie in lokalen und internationalen Vorschriften Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu leiten und zu motivieren Erfahrung in der Konfliktlösung und Durchführung von Audits im Bauumfeld Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2–C1) in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit projektbezogener Dokumentation und Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten Ein in Deutschland gültiger Führerschein ist Voraussetzung für diese Position Reisebereitschaft: Du bist durchgehend vor Ort und passt dich flexibel wechselnden Einsatzorten entsprechend den Anforderungen unserer Projekte an.
